Recieving and Storage:  All receiving is processed on-line by the Inventory Management Team with our fully integrated on-line relational database software. The instant a product receipt or adjustment is processed, the new quantity on hand is visible on-line to all users on the system. AIDC operates fully locked, insured, fire protected facilities with alarm systems and emergency power and lighting.

Shipping: Our on-line manifest system provides instantaneous updates of tracking numbers and 100% verification of contents of each carton packed against an order through bar code scanning. A consolidated shipping program is offered to trade accounts to economize on shipping as a percentage of order size, at both client and customer option.

All shipping methods and carriers are available through our warehouse facility with same day pickup from all major carriers providing normal, next day and second day service including USPS, UPS, Federal Express, DHL, and truck carriers.

Returns:  Online processing for returns allows rapid credit memo generation and product refurbishment. All return policies are established by the client, and parameters for processing returns coded on the client code set in the system.
