Master Teachers, Teachers, and Teaching Associates Work under the Director of AIDC Daycare and lead children ages 3 months to 13 years through the daily curriculum. Must be willing to work wih parent intervention and under Montessori principles. Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate degree in early childhood or human/child development or a related field. Infant child CPR certified a plus.
Teaching Assistants Part and full-time position. Assist Teachers in child program curriculum including indoor/outdoor large motor activities, arts and crafts, music, dance, reading, and group play. High Scool Diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years of age and completion of a 30 hour course in child development approved by the Child Care Services Division, or one higher education course (minimum 3 credits) in early childhood development to be successfully completed within one year of employment..
Trainees Trainees are wanted to assist Teachers with the daily curriculum of indoor/outdoor large motor activities, arts and crafts, music, dance, reading, and group play. At least 17 years of age and enrolled in or graduated from a human services program that emphasizes child development at a technical center by the State Board of Education.
Internships AIDC Daycare provides internships for students seeking hand-on experience in the child care industry. Proof of a solid commitment to learning about the industry is required. Interns will assist all staff members in maintenance, activities, adn administrative duties.
