AIDC assigns
a member of our Client Services Department to personally manage
your account. The Account Manager devises the initial action
plan detailing all steps necessary to provide top quality
service. Your Account Manager can provide you with specialty
processing and can attend trades shows, conferences and meetings
at your request.
Top
accounts are identified based on sales volume, influence,
editorial or product developer relationships. Your Account
Manager initiates routine contact with these customers to
ensure their satisfaction with our services. In addition to
routine telephone contact, letters are sent which explain
new services or merely indicate our appreciation of their
business.
