    AIDC's primary stockholder is Investors Corporation of Vermont, which was formed in 1973. Sitting on AIDC's Board of Directors are Paul Sprayregen, owner and President of ICV; and two working partners, Peter Miller, AIDC President, and Marilyn McConnell, AIDC Operations Chief. The Board calls upon experts to assist in periodic assessment of AIDC's service levels, and to guide its development of strategic plans for service enhancements and business growth opportunities.
